Service Description: As part of our effort to create, maintain and provide geographic information about growth in the Truckee Meadows, we have undertaken the task of compiling a parcel-based accounting of all existing entitlements in the Truckee Meadows region. This includes delineation of vacant parcels with final map status, tentative maps and planned unit developments (PUD). We have spent considerable time compiling a spatial representation of the individual, residential density categories from all PUDs in the Truckee Meadows. These data are integral to the accuracy of our spatial prediction of projected growth.
